Set in 1892 London - After her father leaves her penniless and saddled with his gambling debts, Iphigenia Martin must find a way to scratch out a living and repay the debtor, Abberly Theater's owner, Matthias Abberly. She offers to finish out her father's contract and repay his notes if Matthias will allow her to become the first female illustionist in London to healline her own show.

The only problem with that idea is William Renshaw. Matthias Abberly's best friend, Will has loved Madelyn for years. After the attack, she would have nothing to do with him, but Will is determined to change her mind about him and avenge her attack, even if it costs him his life.

​A Family for Christmas

But when their long lost father shows up to collect them, will their new little family survive, or will the children be returned to an evil drunk who will abandon them once again...or worse?
